Youth development is Y2's primary focus in becoming the leader of Hong Kong''s youth activities. Y2 seeks to provide a venue for youths to discover and develop their potential through its groundbreaking spatial design and its wide range of facilities such as theatre, studio, multi-purpose area, hostel, retail shops and offices.

Y2 is a project commissioned by HKSAR Government Home Affairs Bureau, and aims to implement the Bureau’s vision and purpose in promoting social harmony and civic education. The project is managed and operated by New World Facilities Management Co. Ltd. Youth can find the perfect venue to fully develop their potential in Y2, Hong Kong’s home to youth development activities.

为凝聚青年人的力量，特意结聚全港的青年发展活动，并矢志将之成为本地青年人的活动中心。青年广场为青年提供发展潜能，一展所长的场地，内里的空间设计刻意打破常规，并没有完善的设施，例如：综艺馆、剧场、多用途空间、青年旅舍、零售商铺及办公室等等。

青年广场及香港特别行政区民政事务局辖下之项目，贯彻当局促进社会和谐共融及提升公民素质的理想及使命。这个项目由新世界设施管理有限公司负责管理及营运，让青年拥有理想的场地以尽情发挥所长，从而令青年广场成为香港青年发展活动的中心。

L'hotel Nina et Convention Centre Hong Kong is a 5-star hotel consists of 2 towers, offering numerous well-appointed and comfortable guest rooms to meet the taste of all travellers. L'hotel Nina et Convention Centre Hong Kong Phase I comprises of 42 storeys with 689 rooms and Phase II comprises of 89 storey with 910 rooms approximately. Room size is 34 to 109 square metres. Majority of rooms are queen-queen bedding which is most suitable for family accommodation. All rooms are well equipped including 32 inches LCD panel screen TV.
