Submission Requirements

1. Participants are allowed to submit one photo entry per themed contest only. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
    

2. Anyone residing in Singapore is eligible to participate in the contest and will be eligible to win. Applicable phone, internet and other charges may apply, and the participants shall be responsible for such costs and expenses.
    

3. By taking part in this competition, you have agreed for us to re-post or publish your work on our Instagram page, with proper credit given to the original owner.
    

4. Photo submitted must be of high resolution of at least 300 pixels per inch without any watermark.
    

5. The Submission must be the submitting entrant’s original, previously unpublished work and not featured or focused on any material owned or controlled by third parties (including without limitation, third party copyrighted material).
    

6. The Submission must not include images that are obscene, pornographic, libellous or otherwise objectionable. 
    

7. Any submission, in The Organiser's good faith judgment, violates the submission Requirements will be disqualified.

Qualifier Selections

​

1. A panel of judges selected by The Organiser (the “Judging Panel”) will select up to ten (10) qualifiers from all eligible submissions received during the Contest Period based upon the following criteria: Execution of Theme through:

   • Photo & Caption,

   • Creativity & Originality, and

   • Photographic Quality.
      

2. Qualifiers will be notified via our Instagram (@ravegroup.travels) and DM.
    

3. The top 10 photos among The Submissions will be uploaded to The Organiser’s Instagram account (@ravegroup.travels) where it will be made available for viewing by the general public.

Winner Selections

 

1. Instagram account visitors will have the opportunity to like on their favourite submissions. Do note that visitors have to follow our Instagram page (@ravegroup.travels) for their likes to be countable.
    

2. The Winner will be directly contacted by The Organiser via The Winner’s Instagram. 
    

3. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash and may be subject to availability. The Organiser reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
    

4. The Submission that receives the highest number of votes during the voting period will be deemed The Contest’s winner, subjected to verification and compliance with these official rules.

Prize Conditions

 

1. Winning entries will receive their prizes 14 days after the announcement of winners.
    

2. A total of 3 prizes will be given out, with the top prize of $50 worth of Grab Vouchers and 2 consolation prizes of $20 worth of Grab Vouchers each.
    

3. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to charity organisations as decided by The Organiser. 
    

4. No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, only The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if the prize listed is unavailable for any reason. 
    

5. Prize may not be extended, transferred or refunded. 
    

6. The Organiser’s decision regarding the award of all prizes, and/or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in The Contest.

 

General

1. The Organiser shall not be held accountable for any liabilities arising from claims or suits of third parties, including costs and expenses incidental thereto, in connection with the use of The Contest photo.
    

2. All participants agree that The Organiser’s decisions on The Winner and The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest and the Official Rules of this Contest (“Official Rules”) at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on The Organiser’s Website.
    

3. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on The Winner's part to allow the use of The Winner's name, image, voice and/or likeness by The Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of The Organiser by each Winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which The Winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) The Contest, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by The Winner as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Contest, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.
    

4. By taking part in The Contest, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the prevailing Instagram terms and conditions of use, all of which may be.
    

5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
